Maintenance Request

This form is for tribal members living on the Pala Indian Reservation.

Please include as much detail as possible – including photos – as this will allow us determine the best course of action to get the necessary repairs.

Maintenance repair and costs are the responsibility of the home owner, however we can assist with scheduling necessary repairs and provide referrals to qualified contractors. Home owners may qualify for assistance from grant funds if they meet eligibility requirements and funding is available.

If this is an emergency situation – such as a gas leak – please call 911 .
