If you were sent a bill in the amounts between $150-250 for the annual insurance renewal.  It is for contents only and not for the structure.  PHRC has not received the annual amount for the structure. You will receive a separate bill for the year for the structure itself which can range from $2500/year + depending on the square footage.Â
