The Pala Band of Mission Indians is a Federally recognized Native American Tribe located in San Diego County, Southern California. The Tribe is now soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed entities for the Design-Build new single-family homes to be constructed within a new planned development. A Pre-Proposal site visit is scheduled for Friday, May 30th at 1:00pm meeting at the Pala Housing Resource Center at 35990 Pala Temecula Road, Pala, CA. 92059. All proposals are to be submitted electronically no later than 3:30pm on Friday, June 13th.
